Purchases and restores

Subscriptions are billed through Apple using your App Store account.

If Premium access does not appear after reinstalling or changing devices, use the in-app restore flow first.

Leaderboard issues

If a valid run does not appear to affect ranking, include the date, approximate time, and level when you write in.

WPM Arena uses Game Center for ranking, so temporary service issues can delay leaderboard updates.

Privacy requests

For privacy or data-related questions, use the same email address and include “Privacy Request” in the subject line.

WPM Arena does not use its own account system, so identity and billing data remain under Apple account management.
